Bibimbap is an iconic Korean dish that has been served for centuries.

From kings to farmers, this is a dish that has been enjoyed by all. It is a beautifully balanced dish with each color rich in symbolism. Black/dark marks the North and kidneys, red/orange represents the South and the heart, green means East and the liver, white equals the West and lungs, with yellow filling the center and stomach.
